The Iraqi Government's Incompetence is because of their Subordination to the Capitalistic System and Faithfulness to the Occupying Kaffir
A couple of days back, a group of individuals indignantly went out in Baghdad because of the practices of the Iraqi government that does not evade the occupying Kaffir American administration. A group of college understudies and instructed notables went out against the beguiling practices of this government which misused the desire and interests of the individuals, and this would not have happened if not for the fatwas of the ruined scholars who propagated for this government and commanded the individuals to vote in favor of it adding legitimacy keeping in mind the end goal to trick the individuals by the plots of the horde brought upon them US tanks.

Despite the fact that the requests of the individuals are basic, for example, work, provision of clean drinking water and power, and payment of wages and not lowering them, in which the government has failed to give. This is not just because of its bad administration or the corruption of its officials, these are just secondary reasons, as the real reason is that the government doesn't have the full capacity to settle on its own choice and it doesn't have self-sway.

It is just the department of administration however not for the individuals, but rather for the American Capitalistic System which, since its invasion on Iraq, has no interest in anything yet to plunder the assets and wealth of Iraq without caring for the basic needs of the individuals, instead it has suffocated Iraq and its kin in a sea of its sons' blood since the invasion in 2003 until this day.

Almost a year back, it (America) allowed ISIS to assume control vast areas in Iraq so as to force on it the venture of dividing the area into three feeble and delicate locales, and it made a coalition so as to battle it (ISIS) which dissolved Iraq's financial budget.

Rather diminished the financial backing of all the sponsoring coalition nations, along these lines entering Iraq in a condition of starkness in its financial budget keeping in mind the end goal to give the coalition a wellspring of income that can support it against ISIS. As such, it increased the measure of taxes, lowered the compensations, and terminated employees in both the civil and military sectors, in addition to bad administration of the individuals' basic interests, for example, water, power, and sustenance staples which are not accessible aside from few through apportion cards.

Allah says:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

“O you who believe! Answer Allah (by obeying Him) and (His) Messenger when he calls you to that which will give you life, and know that Allah comes in between a person and his heart (i.e. He prevents an evil person to decide anything). And verily to Him you shall (all) be gathered.”

(Qur'an Surat Al-Anfal: 24)
