Individuals from Hizb ut Tahrir Harassed in Syria: For Whose Advantage and Why Now?

On 06/04/2015, Brother Mohammed ad Dokhi (Abu Ahmed) and Brother Radhwan Al-Kholi (Abu Osama) were captured, both are individuals from Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Syria. It was against the background of distributing an announcement titled "Has Muslim Blood Gotten to be Shabby to "Sham Ar-Rasool" Unit As it Has for the Dictator of Ash-Sham?!" The announcement uncovered the assassination endeavor of Sheik Ibrahim A Najjar (Abu Suhaib) one of the individuals from Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Syria in Kafr city of Batna in eastern Ghouta, who led a committee of individuals from the area to follow through with the case of the two Mujahideen murdered because of "Sham Ar-Rasool" Detachment. The announcement explained the holiness of Muslim blood and called the Mujahideen to shield Muslims from the abuse of the dictator of Ash-Sham. Be that as it may, it appears that this has irritated the "Armed force of Islam", and as opposed to being just to the mistreated, it began to capture the individuals who circulated the announcement; upholding the expression of truth and enjoining the great and forbidding the Munkar according to Allah's command and it is a "Fitna" according to the Armed force of Islam !!

On 10/04/2015 a mass exhibit occurred in Kafr Batna demanding the Armed force of Islam to release individuals from the Hizb. The following day, an assignment of Ghouta notables went to the Armed force of Islam demanding the release of the detainees and they reacted to this and released them. On 26/04/2015, the Armed force of Islam re-captured the two brothers on one of their check-point in Douma.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham the home of Islam: its a well known fact that Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam; it was established in light of the command of Allah سبحانه وتعالى

We ask why arrive harassment to the party individuals in the south and the north and in this specific time in which the indications of the passage of the interim government inside Syrian with the international backing are looming in the skyline. These harassments and different acts won't deflect the party from adhering to the commands of Allah سبحانه وتعالى to enjoin the great and disallow the insidious, we will continue to uphold the truth fearing Allah alone.

Until Allah سبحانه وتعالى makes Islam win by the establishment of the Khilafah else we should die working for it.

We call upon the (Army of Islam) to release the two individuals, and to fear Allah in the Dawah carriers, and direct their endeavors to oust the secular system. It is a short distance away from them, and to work for the backing of this Deen with the sincere workers to establish the guided Khilafah on its ruins, in response to the command of Allah Almighty.

وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُصِيبَهُمْ بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ

“And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away – then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.”

(QS. Al-Ma’ida: 49)

The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

«أفضل الجهاد كلمة عدل عند سلطان جائر»
“The best Jihad is the just word to a tyrant ruler.”
And He صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
«سيد الشهداء حمزة بن عبد المطلب ورجل قام إلى إمام جائر فأمره ونهاه فقتله»
“The master of martyrs is Hamza Ibn Abdul Mutalib and a man who stands up to a tyrant ruler and orders and forbids him (accounts him) and is killed (by the ruler).”

فَاصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

“Then declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists”

(QS. Al-Hijr:94)

وَلْتَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

“And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful”

(QS. Ali-Imran: 104)
