Houthis… Capitalist Economic Solutions Again
Houthi's Revolutionary Committees issued on Sunday 26/07/2015 Resolution No. 36 for the year 2015 to buoy costs of oil subordinates, allowing the private sector to import them and linking their selling costs to the worldwide market costs according to the normal purchase cost during the earlier month. The resolution likewise expressed a trek of five riyals for every liter of gasoline and diesel to finance the development of a power plant and the trusts for the project to be kept in the National Bank of Yemen. Oil and its subordinates, as different metals, are viewed as open property, where in Islam they are linked to the Islamic rulings (Ahkam Shariah), so give them a chance to (the Houthis) take these Ahkam and place them in application as our honorable Prophet ﷺ did, including the case of Abyadh ibn Hammal Almarabi.

Tirmidhi narrated on the authority of Abyadh ibn Hammal narrated:

«أَنَّهُ وَفَدَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاسْتَقْطَعَهُ المِلْحَ، فَقَطَعَ لَهُ، فَلَمَّا أَنْ وَلَّى قَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ المَجْلِسِ: أَتَدْرِي مَا قَطَعْتَ لَهُ؟ إِنَّمَا قَطَعْتَ لَهُ المَاءَ العِدَّ، قَالَ: فَانْتَزَعَهُ مِنْهُ…»

“that he went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and asked him for assigning him (the mines of) salt as fief. So he assigned it to him as a fief. When he returned, a man in the meeting asked: Do you know what you have assigned him as a fief? You have assigned him the perennial spring water. So he took it back from him”, extracted by al-Tirmidhi.
 
So when the Prophet ﷺ discovered that it is from the changeless metal that is never ending he came back from assigning the fief for him, took it once again from him, and prevented him to claim it as a private property, on the grounds that it is an open property, that implies its proprietorship is shared by the group. These are a portion of the Islamic solutions in the aspect of economy, so all what the individuals who guideline the country need to do is to take them and actualize them, instead of denouncing the failure of the economic solutions of the individuals who ruled before them, yet then catching up with them when the tenet came to them, this is despicable on them. He says:

أَتَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبِرِّ وَتَنسَوْنَ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَتْلُونَ الْكِتَابَ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُون

“Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason?”

(Qur'an Surat Al-Baqara: 44)

 
These expenses on fuel which are forced by the resolution to store a power plant and the establishment of an oil terminal are just an evasion of the state to do its obligation in taking consideration of individuals' Undertakings, so the amazement dropped by a decision to force on the individuals charges to finance the establishment of these projects that are at the center of the obligations of the state. Individuals have ended up as mere customers clients who are sold their own riches that originally belonged to them. The solution for the populace of Yemen, as it is for whatever remains of the Muslims, is to take the solutions for all human political, economic and social issues and other from Islam, and this must be in the Khilafah State on the method of the Prophethood and not by following the West «شبراً بشبر وذراعاً بذراع حتى لو دخلوا جحر ضبٍّ» “…span by span and inch by inch even if they entered a hole of a lizard.”, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cautioned us.

O individuals of Iman and astuteness: Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah Yemen invites you to the assertion of your Lord's law amongst you, to toss the capitalist ideology and its patching solutions, and to work with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood that will take care of every one of your issues that inflict you, for its time has come. Hudhayfah might Allah be pleased with him narrated that: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

«تَكُونُ النُّبُوَّةُ فِيكُمْ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلاَفَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ، فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا عَاضًّا، فَيَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً، فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا،ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلاَفَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةٍ. ثُمَّ سَكَتَ».

“Prophethood will last with you as long as Allah wants it to last. Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be hereditary rule, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be an oppressive rule, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood.” Then he ﷺ fell silent.”

ويومئذٍ يفرح المؤمنون * بنصر الله ينصر من يشاء وهو العزيز الرحيم

“And on that Day, the believers will rejoice (at the victory given by Allah to the Romans against the Persians), With the help of Allah, He helps whom He wills, and He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.”
