Investigation Reported the End of the Manufactured Criminal Proceedings in Petersburg

On 23rd July Petersburg indictment affirmed the charges in the case recorded against two Muslims, Gabor Mhamidov and Mohammed Amin Salif. According to Article 205.5 of the Punitive Code of the Russian Federation, which talks about "participation in sorted out terrorist exercises." The two brothers and different individuals from Hizb ut Tahrir have been captured on 24th June 2014 and were the first to have the claims been manufactured against them.

Accusing Muslims of terrorism by the investigators came against the setting of the Hizb individuals to call to Islam and to participate in its work in Petersburg which includes organizing gatherings and meetings in the mosque and discourses on the basis of Islam. The created charges went under the guise of mystery meetings of the individuals in the understudy quarters of the Marine Specialized Institute, knowing that they are officially living there, and studying at the institute, and the media have affirmed this. It was intuitive that whatever is left of the Muslim detainees in Petersburg will be had a go at according to the same charge of "terrorism", on charges of participating in an illicit party movement in Russia.

In this way, accusing Muslims of terrorism is not based on certainties that vouch for committing a wrongdoing, however on the basis that the Russian Preeminent Court decided in February 2003 that the Islamic party Hizb ut Tahrir is a terrorist party without bringing proof for that.

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ * إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُواْ أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ * يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ * وَأُتْبِعُواْ فِي هَـذِهِ لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ

“And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority* To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not [at all] discerning* He will precede his people on the Day of Resurrection and lead them into the Fire; and wretched is the place to which they are led.* And they were followed in this [world] with a curse and on the Day of Resurrection. And wretched is the gift which is given.”
